Not only is Marcela Coffre a lovely person she is the driving force behind the Fair Trade movement in Chile and a skilled artisan.
We have been delighted to carry her “Calypso” range of recycled glass studs and glass crosses.
The range is also carried by Shared Earth and we are delighted to see Marcela on the path to turnover growth.
Marcela has also put together a directory of Fair Trade producers in Chile. This project was helped by EU support, if anyone would like a copy then please get in touch - we had about a dozen reprinted in the UK.
